Only Community (Baroari) Puja Committee (no housing or domestic puja) can apply.
For offline submission forms will be available and may be submitted on & from 25-30 September 2024 from 12 noon to 7 p.m. (Kolkata) & 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (District/Sub-division)
Online applications may be submitted for puja committees of Kolkata, other states & other countries through following websites: www.egiyebangla.gov.in, www.wb.gov.in, www.wbicad.in, www.bbss.wb.gov.in
Entries which are not complete in all respect will be rejected.
Duly filled in application form along with requisite documents for Puja Committees of Kolkata & the surroundings should be submitted at Kolkata Information Centre (Rabindra Sadan-Nandan complex), 1/1 A.J.C. Bose Road, Kolkata 700 020. District level Puja Committees will submit their forms to the respective District/Sub-Divisional Information & Cultural Offices during the time mentioned in the serial 3.
Photocopy of the first page of the Bank Account's Pass Book of the Puja Committee should be submitted along with application form.
Biswa Bangla Sharad Samman Jury members may visit the pandals once or more from 2-8 October 2024 at any time.
Rules & Regulations from all statutory authorities and Health & Family Welfare Department should be complied with.
All decisions of the Jury will remain final and no correspondence shall be entertained
in this regard.
The Jury members may see all necessary permissions.
We shall provide Biswa Bangla Sharad Samman flexes which should be displayed in the puja
premises till the end of puja.
